One step closer!

Well, as many of you have heard, Brandon and I got an apartment to move into up in Boise. We are so excited! We will be living at the Renaissance at Hobble Creek. This complex names all of their floor plans Italian names, and our floor plan is the Tuscany. The apartment is on the third floor, it will have 1075 sq. ft., 9 ft ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a nice open kitchen, dining and living area. Each apartment in this complex has one of two color schemes on the inside, gray or tan. Our apartment will have the tan color scheme.

Below is a picture of the floor plan. The bedroom on the left is the master bedroom and has a walk in closet and attached bathroom. The second bedroom is going to be a mixture of guest bedroom, office, and craft room.

When we went and saw these apartments in August we walked through the model apartment in the picture below. Our apartment will be in the same building as the model, and have the same color scheme. You can see part of the living room, dining room, kitchen and the door to the master bedroom in the picture.

We are so excited that we have an apartment all lined up. It really takes a load off of our minds. Another amazing blessing about this apartment is that they gave us the option of the deal that was going on when we looked at it in August, which was to pay a little less a month, or we could choose the deal that is going on right now, which is paying the full price per month but you get the first month free. The current deal is exactly what we needed, so we decided to go with that one. It will allow us to have a little more money the first month we are there, since Brandon won't get his first pay check until the 1st of February. We are so excited to move up to Boise and to start a new adventure in our lives, and now that we have an apartment all that is left to do is make sure someone buys our current contract, pack, and finish the rest of this semester. We are just a few steps away from a great new adventure, and we are so excited!
