Georgia and South Carolina

Well Phoebe and I got to spend a week in the south. My sister and her husband both had business trips this last week so Phoebe got to go baby sit her cousins and I came a long for adult supervision ;-) We had a great time. Phoebe looked forward to her cousins come home from school everyday, and other than a bad diaper rash a couple of days she was an excellent traveler. We started our journey with 3 plane rides totaling 10 hrs of travel time. It was a long day, but Phoebe weathered it like a champ! We went on a couple of walks while we were there in Georgia and Phoebe got to see a dock and the beautiful Savannah trees. My sister lives right off a river, kind of in the middle of nowhere, it was beautiful. On our last weekend there we all loaded up in the cars and headed 4 hours north to visit my other sister and her family in South Carolina. It was their first time meeting Phoebe, and it was so much fun. Phoebe loved watching their dogs, getting tickled by Uncle Chad, and spending time with her aunts and cousins. We got back yesterday after another 8 hour travel day. I was exhausted and after a couple hour nap made a delicious salmon dinner for Brandon's birthday. His gift was getting to pick up his girl's at the airport, a great birthday right! Here are some pictures from the trip.

We walked to a park in my sister's neighborhood, it was a little chilly but Phoebe still had fun!

Phoebe loves to slide!

We had such a wonderful time with family, and wish we lived closer to them! We are also glad to be back home in our own beds again.
